Where is The Hive located?
We are located at 312 SW Jefferson Ave in Corvallis, Oregon. If you're better with landmarks, we are located right next to Block 15 Brewery on Jefferson Ave.

Where should I park?
Parking directly in the front of The Hive and for several blocks any direction is all 3 Hour Free Parking.

Is The Hive the same thing as Honeycomb Salon?
Almost! Honeycomb Salon is our mother brand and is located at 355 SW Madison Ave (Just one block away). Honeycomb is all-things-hair. The Hive is dedicated to our lash, massage, facial, and body waxing services. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, local checks, and credit cards.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

No problem! We just ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. 

What if I'm late to my appointment?

We will accommodate you if we can, but your service provider may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late to ensure they have enough time to complete your service to our standards before their next client arrives.

Why do your massage therapists and estheticians charge different prices?
Our pricing is based on each service provider's experience, education, and demand on their time.

Do you offer couple's massages? 
We do not have a couple's massage room, however you may book two massages at the same time. They will just be in individual rooms rather than together.

Can I bring my child, or friend, to my appointment?
During your lash, massage, or facial appointment you will be sequestered to a private room that is not set up for additional guests. Friend's may wait in the community seating area, or get a service of their own done, but we ask that minors not be left alone while you receive a service as we can not dedicate the attention or entertainment they may require.

Can I bring my dog to my appointment?
We wish! Unfortunately Oregon has a strict no-dogs-allowed policy for salons and spas. Please do bring a picture of them for us to look at though! We love dogs. 

What is your return policy?

You can return products within 30 days of purchase for a spa credit redeemable for products or services.
